Summer is in full swing and Nathan is finally getting over his fear of water. For a while there it was getting extremely traumatic just to take a bath! He still won't get into his kiddie pool, but he does enjoy the sprinkler.

Another Nathan quirk is that he will not wear sandals (he has 5 different pairs that we have tried and one pair of water shoes!!) and he doesn't like the feel of the grass on his feet, so when we are doing water play - to save his running shoes - he goes in his sock feet in the yard! Funny kid.

Cool dude. He loves his sunglasses but enjoys putting them on you more than wearing them himself. I can't believe he actually kept them on long enough to snap this picture!

This video is proof that he is almost 2! As soon as something goes wrong he destroys/throws the source of his frustration then asks you to fix it. Haha! At least now that he knows how to ask you to fix it, the frustration doesn't turn into full blown tantrum as often.
