We started off the month with some Christmas decorating!

And of course it wouldn't be December without a gingerbread house. It lasted a whole day before we smashed and ate it.

"Ok Nathan, you can have just ONE piece."

"No problem Mom!"

We also made some decorations for the tree. I found this idea online - these reindeer are made with each boy's hands for antlers and a foot for the face. Nathan chose and glued the eyes and noses.

On Christmas Eve we celebrated with our friends Gord and Anik and their daughters Alyssa and Élise.

Santa granted Nathan's wish and brought him some Play Doh - 3lbs of it!! Nathan is shaping the large mountain into a truck....

The next day enjoying the gifts. Lots of fun toys to play with, and even a new chair from Auntie Kerrie and Uncle Dave!

And here's another use for that chair. He soon found out that it acts as a great cushion like this and was literally bouncing off the walls! Boys will be boys! lol!
